The apps in reference are NEXTGEN Student and NEXTGEN Tutor (android and iOS apps) while the website in reference is https://nextgeneducation.et/. By using our services on the above-mentioned platforms, you agree to the terms and conditions in this privacy policy. This privacy policy contains important information about the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information of our users. 1.      Definitions

• “We” or “our” refers to NEXTGEN Tutorial Services and its platforms. NEXTGEN Tutorial services’ platforms are NEXTGEN Student app, NEXTGEN Tutor app, and NEXTGEN website.

• log in to our apps and website and
• communicate with us through any of our platforms.

By registering on and using our platforms, you consent to the sharing of your registration information, profile, and study information with parents and/or tutors on our platform. We do not have control over how parents and/or tutors treat such information and we are not liable for their use of such information. We also collect information, such as anonymous usage statistics, by using cookies, server logs, and other similar technology as you use our services.

Account Deletion and Data Removal: If you choose to delete your account with us, we will also delete all personal data associated with that account upon your request. This includes any information we have collected in connection with your use of the app. Please note that once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Payment Information: If you make any purchases through our website, such as for services, we may collect certain information regarding your purchase (such as your name and certain bank details) as necessary to process your order. You will be required to provide certain payment and billing information directly to our payment processing partners.

Using our services: We collect the information that you submit to us through our apps and our website. When you book a tutor, modify schedules and subjects, and other information on your profile, we will collect the information you include in those submissions.
